The existing 3-story residence hall was renovated to provide a wet Fire Protection Sprinkler System throughout the entire building. Renovations were made to all the restrooms and shower facilities, kitchenettes/lounges, a new ADA entrance, and an ADA restroom were added in the formal lounge. All new finishings were installed throughout the entire building.
This project consisted of two student dormitory buildings totaling 64 beds with each two-story building having 8,000 square feet.
