Project Highlights
This 530,000 Square foot community strip center was originally built by Wilmorite in 1960. This renovation transformed the plaza, giving it a completely new appearance.
The existing facade was removed and replaced with noncombustible finishes. The new columns feature architectural block and precast concrete detailing. The addition of an outdoor courtyard with seating and detailed landscaping is now a focal point. Pedestrian traffic improvements include expanded sidewalks and stamped concrete crosswalks. The addition of new canopy ceilings and lighting enhanced the atmosphere.
