Project Highlights
The project site bordered federally designated wetlands, so constant attention was given to the protection of these wetlands in accordance with the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation. A major surface-water management system was implemented.
The 135,000 square foot Lowe’s Home Improvement Center was built as a turnkey project. The high standard of quality resulted in recognition by Lowe’s Nationwide Construction Program.
The project’s access roads were built to meet New York State DOT guidelines and upon completion, the infrastructure was dedicated to the Town of Henrietta.
