Project Highlights:
L.L. Bean was built as an outparcel on the property of Eastview Mall, a 1.3 million square foot shopping center. This Maine based retailer draws super-regionally ffrom three upstate cities: Buffalo, Rochester, and Syracuse.
The Store consists of 30,000 square feet of retail space and earned a Silver LEED Certificate. Wilmorite partnered with L.L. Bean through the engineering and design process to assure the building would meet the Silver LEED standards while staying under budget.
