Teresa joined Wilmorite in 1988. Teresa is responsible for the drafting, review and negotiation of leases, lease modification agreements and other ancillary agreements with national, regional and local tenants for space in regional enclosed malls, strip centers and power centers. Her responsibilities also include lease enforcement and litigation.
