Prior to Karen beginning her career at Wilmorite, she held several management positions in large corporate and most recently worked as a Market Research Analyst for a large real estate development company.
As Specialty Leasing Director, Karen is responsible for the management and growth of the specialty leasing program. Her, along with her team, identify, evaluate and negotiate specialty leasing deals for Wilmorite properties. Her responsibilities include, prospecting and canvassing new retail business, setting budget and income objectives for the program and executing a leasing strategy which meets those goals and maximizes tenant occupancy.
Karen’s achievements and past experiences have provided her with the background to successfully complete intricate deals and make her an asset to the Wilmorite team.
