Jon joined Wilmorite’s leasing team in December 2018, bringing with him over 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Throughout his career, Jon has established long-standing relationships with national retailers and restaurants, including securing some of the most recognizable names in the industry and introducing them to the Upstate New York market.
As Senior Vice President and Director of Leasing, Jon leads the leasing team and is instrumental in all negotiations. He plays a key role in the tenant mix and overall vision for each property.
