Project Highlights

This greek housing project was unlike any existing buildings on the RIT campus. It consisted of six buildings with 16 beds each, satisfying all pre-set goals of the school to create a safe, on-campus living environtment for its growing fraternity and sorority organizations.

By working directly with the school’s Housing Director to calculate growth projections, each building was designed to easily expand to 24 beds as necessary. The buildings are equipped with extra amenities including porches, walk-out basements, large bay windows, multiple laundry rooms and wireless internet capabilities.

Wilmorite Construction aggressively delivered the completed project in five months.
