Park Point Syracuse has 226 beds within 87,461 square feet on .75 acres. The 5 story building consists of fully furnished 2 and 4-bedroom luxury apartments. These quality apartments feature all of the newest and convenenient trends in the student housing industry, including a state-of-the-art fitness center and an enclosed courtyard.

Wilmorite worked closely with Syracuse University to assure minimal disruptions to the students and University. Some of the challenges that Wilmorite had to overcome include the tight timeline and confined space with minimal staging and laydown space. The narrow parameters required organized and efficient project management. Park Point Syracuse has been at 100% occupancy with a substantial waiting list since opening in 2010.
