Request a refund for the balance of a Rochester Malls Gift Card:
Customers who would like to process a refund for the balance of a Rochester Malls Gift Card can email [email protected]. In your email, please include:
- Your name and shipping address
- Request a refund check for the gift card balance
- The gift card # and SC #
- Copies of the front and back of the gift card
- A copy of your driver’s license
Please allow 6-8 weeks to receive the refund from EML.
