The Wilmot Cancer Center

The cancer center is named for Tom Wilmot Sr.’s father, James P. Wilmot, and is located at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester, NY. Tom and the entire Wilmot family support the center and are involved in its future development, including the expansion that is currently underway.

Syracuse University

Wilmots donate $6 million to the LC Smith College and endowment fund at SU. Tom Wilmot and his son give $6 million. Tom Wilmot and his son are alumni of Syracuse University, and serve on the Board of Trustees. They support the university in many ways and also operate Park Point Syracuse, a student housing complex on campus.
