
Rising out of the Sierra Nevada foothills, this proposed gaming facility will be a low-rise building of approximately 148,000 s.f. (119,000 s.f. main floor and 29,000 s.f. mezzanine floor). The main floor includes a 25,000 s.f. gaming floor and is designed to accommodate 950 slot machines and 20 gaming tables. Additional amenities will include a 20,000 s.f. multi-purpose room, an entertainment lounge, a VIP Lounge, a buffet, a three-meal casual restaurant, a deli/coffee shop, and a noodle bar. The Main Floor will also accommodate some of the back-of-house functions such as kitchen areas, an employee dining room, uniform storage, warehouse space, and mechanical space. The mezzanine will contain the balance of the back-of-house functions such as administration, surveillance, and low voltage server rooms. The exterior features a large porte-cochere complemented with stone accents, water features, and plantings.
Proposed parking facilities are comprised of a basement level, and a five-level elevated parking garage adjoining the gaming and entertainment facility. The basement level will accommodate bus loading/unloading and parking for buses. The five-level parking garage above will provide parking for 1,865 vehicles.
Site development will include water and wastewater treatment plants, site utilities, retaining walls, extensive landscaping (with site lighting), and water features (with fountains at the entrance).
