Length of Service: 12 years Dennis has over 12 years experience in retail leasing and development. His responsibilities include oversight and management of the leasing process for Wilmorite shopping centers. Dennis has solid, long standing relationships with the most coveted national and regional retailers.
In 2003, Dennis successfully oversaw the development and leasing for a $25M lifestyle expansion at Eastview Mall . Presently, the shopping centers under Wilmorite's management are operating at 96% average occupancy, an historic high.
Dennis has an undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering and a M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Rochester 's William E. Simon Graduate School of Business Administration.
Jack Kelly

Throughout the past twenty-five years, Jack has worked on fifteen retail properties. He leased Wilmorite’s first food court and has specialized in food court leasing for the past twenty years. Jack also did mall leasing in Taiwan for Wilmorite’s proposed mall in Taipei City, Taiwan.
Jack has an MBA from the Simon School at the University of Rochester. He was an elected official in suburban Rochester for twenty years and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
Floyd Winslow

fwinslow@wilmorite.com Floyd negotiated his first lease with Wilmorite in 1971 with a retailer at Eastview Mall. He has worked in the real estate division for his entire career and leases to all types of potential tenants. Floyd has had particular success in executing leases to big box stores and restaurants.
As a graduate of St. Lawrence University, Floyd’s education, paired with his knowledge of the industry has assisted Floyd in building strong relationships with many national retailers.
Floyd is the current President of Bitobi Sportman’s Club and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
Mary Merkley

mmerkley@wilmorite.com Mary has worked with several upscale and fashion retailers throughout the past several years, securing many first-to-market retailers. As a graduate of Villanova University, Mary’s finance and marketing skills have assisted in the negotiation of numerous new and renewed leases.
Mary easily transitioned into her current position at Wilmorite from her previous position at the Xerox Corporation. She worked at the American Tower location, where she was leasing digital tower space to major broadcasting companies across the country.
As an active member in her community, Mary is a member of the Oak Hill Country Club Golf Committee, and an active member in the annual golf tournament/events that raise money and awareness for breast cancer. She is also involved with the annual fundraising event for the American Cancer Society and the Al Sigl Center.
Kevin Wilmot

kwilmot@wilmorite.com Kevin recently joined the leasing team, bringing an extensive financial background in banking. In his previous position, Kevin served as a Middle-market Commercial Lender/Relationship Manager with M&T Bank where he was responsible for managing a portfolio of 40 companies (with revenues ranging from $5million to $900 million) with total loan commitments of $200,000,000. He originated approximately $20,000,000 in new loans/commercial relationships each year. Managed complex, multi bank syndicated credits, while developing strong relationships with customers. Prior to joining M&T Bank, Kevin worked at the State Street Bank in Boston, MA.
Along with his experience, Kevin’s education includes an MBA from the William E. Simon School of Business at the University of Rochester and an undergraduate from Union College.
As a Senior Leasing Representative at Wilmorite Management Group, Kevin works with both local and national retailers and restaurants leasing for five properties in Rochester, NY. He is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
Dave Merrick
Specialty Leasing Director

He joined the company as the Marketing Director at Greece Ridge Center where he implemented the marketing and advertising plans, and then transitioned into operations. Currently, as the Specialty Leasing Director, he is responsible for leasing RMU’s (Retail Merchandising Units) and temporary in-line stores. In 2005, Dave generated $1.2 million in specialty leasing.
Dave’s educational background focused on Business and he is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
