This casino and resort will rise out of the foothills of the Sierra Nevadas in a three-story structure, offering 250,000 square feet of gaming, entertainment and fine dining.
The 172,000 square feet lower level will feature high-end restaurants, a valet service area and parking facilities with a capacity for more than 400 vehicles. The main floor will house the gaming areas with 2,000 slot machines, table games, high-limit lounges, restaurants and bars. The mezzanine level will include a multi-purpose grand ballroom and back-of-house areas. The exterior features include a large porte- cochere, waterworks and stone-wrapped columns.
The site development will include water and wastewater treatment facilities, retaining walls, and extensive landscaping.
A nine-level parking garage will be built adjacent to the casino. It will have a 2,700 vehicle capacity,back-of-house area and a 50,000 square foot warehouse.
