Length of Service: 36 years Tom began his career in 1970 with Wilmorite as an Assistant Project Manager and Project Manager in the Construction Division. Subsequently, he became involved in development, leasing, department store relations and government approvals. In 1980, Tom was named President of Wilmorite and is directly responsible for doubling the company's retail portfolio. He has served as Chairman of the Board since 1998.
In particular, Tom oversaw the construction and development of six new regional mall properties including Danbury Fair Mall in Danbury , Connecticut , Freehold Raceway Mall in Freehold, New Jersey and the redevelopment and expansion of several other malls such as Tysons Corner Center in McLean , Virginia .
Under Tom's direction, Wilmorite acted as the construction manager for numerous third party projects including the Riverside Convention Center , the Hyatt Regency and the Greater Rochester International Airport, all in Rochester , New York .
During his career, Wilmorite has developed more than 30,000,000 square feet of retail, office, hotel, airport and convention facilities in nine states. Tom's background and education in architecture and engineering has translated into Wilmorite's continued success.
Tom is also involved in many civic organizations in the Rochester area including the Advisory Board of M&T Bank, The Board of Trustees for Rochester Institute of Technology , the Greater Rochester Metro Chamber of Commerce, the James P. Wilmot Foundation and the St. Bernard Institute.

jwilmot@wilmorite.comLength of Service: 26 years Jim joined Wilmorite in 1981 as the General Manager of Greece Towne Mall. Previously, he was a Corporate Pilot and eventually became Vice President at Page Avjet Corporation, which is now known as Signature Aviation.
During his twenty-four year career with Wilmorite, Jim has ascended from General Manager to Leasing Representative, Vice President of Operations and to Executive Vice President. In 2006, he was designated Chief Operating Officer, responsible for directing, administering and overseeing all activities for Wilmorite Management Group.
Jim is a past President of Cobblestone Creek Country Club and is a current Board Member at the Club. He is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
Paul J. Wilmot

Length of Service: 8 yearsPaul was one of the Founders and President of Somerset Builders, Inc., which merged with Wilmorite in 2005. As President he focused primarily on the design/build method of construction for college and university student housing. With Wilmorite he now leads the company's construction division, which has expertise in building shopping centers, academic facilities, hospitality, and casino resorts to name a few.
Through the years Paul has developed strong working relationships with key organizations, educational institutions, and industry leaders. With a finance degree from Syracuse University , Paul also oversees all financial aspects of operations and continuing project management.
Paul is a member of the James P. Wilmot Cancer Center fund raising committee and The Al Sigl Center of Rochester.

Length of Service: 8 years Tom started his professional career in Wilmorite's leasing and legal department and now leads the company's West Coast new business efforts. His responsibilities include business development, client relationship management and investor relations. Additionally, Tom acts as Wilmorite's liaison to capital markets and provides guidance for all regulatory issues including monitoring, tax, and finance.
Since joining the company, Wilmorite has enjoyed some the largest growth in its 50 year history. Most recently Tom played a critical role in the company's sale of 13 premium retail shopping centers. Tom has a dual degree from Skidmore University in economics and accounting.
Tom is a member of the James P. Wilmot Cancer Center fund raising committee and The Al Sigl Center of Rochester.

He serves a multitude of functions in his role as Executive Vice President of Wilmorite Inc. and its affiliates. His responsibilities include the structuring of ownership and financing for new acquisitions, sale of properties and monitoring business operations.
During his twenty-five year career with Wilmorite, Inc., Ron has been responsible for commercial lease negotiations, mortgage and bond financing, taxation, purchase and sale of commercial real estate, business operations, new business ventures and the captive insurance program.
Ron is an attorney, certified public accountant and a licensed real estate broker. He is a graduate of Syracuse University College of Law and School of Business.
Dennis A. Wilmot

Length of Service: 14 years Dennis has over 13 years experience in retail leasing and development. His responsibilities include oversight and management of the leasing process for Wilmorite shopping centers. Dennis has solid, long standing relationships with the most coveted national and regional retailers.
In 2003, Dennis successfully oversaw the development and leasing for a $25M lifestyle expansion at Eastview Mall . Presently, the shopping centers under Wilmorite's management are operating at 96% average occupancy, an historic high.
Dennis has an undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering and a M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Rochester 's William E. Simon Graduate School of Business Administration.

Length of Service: 18 years As Vice President of Operations, Greg's primary responsibility is to oversee Wilmorite's Property Management Division including long-term strategic planning and on-site operations. He also manages the company's information technology initiatives.
Greg leads the Property Strategic Planning Committee which governs the approval and implementation of each property's business plan. He also chairs the Operations Group Committee which supervises the on-site operations for all Wilmorite's real estate properties. These responsibilities include Mall Operations, Security, Human Resources, Marketing and Risk Management. He is also involved in establishing and maintaining relationships with regional and national service accounts.
Greg is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and holds a B.S. degree in Finance from the University of Dayton as well as an M.B.A. from the University of Rochester 's William E. Simon Graduate School of Business Administration.
Douglas G. Swetman Vice President and Director of Corporate Security

During his 23 year career in law enforcement he held various command positions including Commanding Officer of the Internal Affairs Unit and the Inspectional Services Unit. In addition, Doug was the Commander of a sheriff's substation comprised of over sixty deputy sheriffs and civilian personnel.
His employment commenced with Wilmorite on a part time basis in 1989 and full time in 1996. Doug was the Security Manager at Eastview Mall in 1996 and subsequently was named Vice President and Director of Corporate Security in 2001. He is responsible for the overall administration of the Security Department comprised of more than one-hundred employees at six locations.
Doug has applied his extensive background and education in the Criminal Justice field to upgrading Wilmorite's security programs and processes to meet the new homeland security requirements.
Doug is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and an active member of their Security Subcommittee.
