Length of Service: 38 years Tom began his career in 1970 with Wilmorite as an Assistant Project Manager and Project Manager in the Construction Division. Subsequently, he became involved in development, leasing, department store relations and government approvals. In 1980, Tom was named President of Wilmorite and is directly responsible for doubling the company's retail portfolio. He has served as Chairman of the Board since 1998.
In particular, Tom oversaw the construction and development of six new regional mall properties including Danbury Fair Mall in Danbury , Connecticut , Freehold Raceway Mall in Freehold, New Jersey and the redevelopment and expansion of several other malls such as Tysons Corner Center in McLean , Virginia .
Under Tom's direction, Wilmorite acted as the construction manager for numerous third party projects including the Riverside Convention Center , the Hyatt Regency and the Greater Rochester International Airport, all in Rochester , New York .
During his career, Wilmorite has developed more than 30,000,000 square feet of retail, office, hotel, airport and convention facilities in nine states. Tom's background and education in architecture and engineering has translated into Wilmorite's continued success.
Tom is also involved in many civic organizations in the Rochester area including the Advisory Board of M&T Bank, The Board of Trustees for Rochester Institute of Technology , the Greater Rochester Metro Chamber of Commerce, the James P. Wilmot Foundation and the St. Bernard Institute.

Length of Service: 8 years Paul was one of the Founders and President of Somerset Builders, Inc., which merged with Wilmorite in 2005. As President he focused primarily on the design/build method of construction for college and university student housing. With Wilmorite he now leads the company's construction division, which has expertise in building shopping centers, academic facilities, hospitality, and casino resorts to name a few.
Through the years Paul has developed strong working relationships with key organizations, educational institutions, and industry leaders. With a finance degree from Syracuse University , Paul also oversees all financial aspects of operations and continuing project management.
Paul is a member of the James P. Wilmot Cancer Center fund raising committee and The Al Sigl Center of Rochester.

In his previous positions, he has been a Project Manager and a Vice President of Construction for an affiliate company. As Project Director at Wilmorite, Dennis is responsible for the overall administration of large project operations. He has played a major role in developing the design/build delivery process. His diligent work to improve all the facets of our work, from pre-construction and budgeting through design development and construction, has led to increased output and higher quality results.
Dennis' education in Civil Engineering, and his achievements on major construction projects, has provided him with the background to succeed at Wilmorite. Most recently he has been focused on construction of college student housing as well as the development of large scale casino and resort projects.

With 28 years in the construction industry and an education in civil engineering, Gerry brings expertise and a steady hand to any project, no matter how challenging. Throughout the years, he has worked closely with owners, developers, engineers and contractors both in the field and in management positions. His projects have been very diverse; from large site developments to state-of-the-art academic facilities and first class retail centers. As a Senior Project Manager, his trademark qualities are integrity, attention to detail and superb organizational skills.
In his current position, Gerry is meeting the construction needs of both local clients as well as large national retail chains. Outside of his work duties, Gerry has a passion for baseball and has been a dedicated Little League Manager/Coach since 1999.

Length of Service: 7 years Ralph has more than thirty-five years of construction experience. He has worked fo numerous construction companies and held various positions including Project Manager, Executive Vice President and Foreman.
As Project Manager at Wilmorite, Ralph is responsible for the overall daily coordination of job site activities. He manages the schedule, monitors expenses and materials and coordinates all activities with subcontractors, architects, engineers and owners. Additionally, Ralph is involved in contract interpretation, quality control and safety control.

In his short time with Wilmorite, Tom has already helped secure multiple construction contracts with several college and universities across the region. His commitment to assisting clients through the many obstacles involved in project development and construction has allowed him to grow such relationships into critical partnerships.
Tom is active in several community organizations including The American Marketing Association, The Al Sigl Center of Rochester, and The Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation of Western New York.

Length of Service: 5 years Juris joined Wilmorite in 2003 and is responsible for overseeing and directing all casino operations including staffing, budgeting, capital planning, operating policies, marketing, and local, state and federal regulatory compliance.
Juris began his casino and hospitality career more than twenty-five years ago in Atlantic City , NJ with Resorts International, the first legalized casino outside Las Vegas , NV . From there, he managed casino properties in Nassau , Bahamas , Iowa , Illinois , Mississippi and Lousiana. His experience included hands-on design, pre-opening, recruiting and day-to-day management and oversight. Juris' extensive casino background includes opening fourteen casinos, designing and developing seven, and managing fifteen, eight of which he also served as the Chief Operating Officer.
