Kevin works directly with various banks, investors and other lending institutions to obtain financing for new projects, as well as refinancing existing loans. He is also responsible for maintaining these relationships post closing.

Kevin brings an extensive financial background in banking. In his previous position, Kevin served as a Middle-market Commercial Lender/Relationship Manager with M&T Bank where he was responsible for managing a portfolio of 40 companies (with revenues ranging from $5million to $900 million) with total loan commitments of $200,000,000. He originated approximately $20,000,000 in new loans/commercial relationships each year. Managed complex, multi-bank syndicated credits, while developing strong relationships with customers. Prior to joining M&T Bank, Kevin worked at the State Street Bank in Boston, MA.
