Bob joined Wilmorite in 1992. In his position he is responsible for the development, implementation and management of all HR policies and procedures for the Company's 400 employees.

He oversees employee relations, compensation and benefits, training, corporate recruiting, payroll and office services.

Bob is a graduate of Widener University with a Bachelor of Arts in English. He is a member of The Society for Human Resource Management and the Rochester Business Alliance.
