Doug is the Director of Corporate Security and a Vice President of Wilmorite. He is responsible for the administration of a security department consisting of over one hundred employees. His staff provides security services to Wilmorite shopping centers, office/residential complexes and other interests owned by the company. Doug maintains a close relationship with the local, state and federal law enforcement agencies to address any security related events and homeland security matters.

In addition to its security company, Wilmorite maintains its own New York State approved security training school, in which Doug is the director.

Doug is a graduate of SUNY Brockport with a degree in criminal justice and he is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and serves on their Security Subcommittee. He began his career with Wilmorite in 1996 after serving 23 years and retiring as a captain from the Monroe County Sheriff's Office in Rochester, New York.
