Property Marketing Director

Wilmorite is searching for a creative, well-rounded individual to join the marketing team. The applicant should be self-motivated, well organized, capable of making decisions and able to work within tight deadlines. This individual must be creative, energetic, enthusiastic, detail-oriented and have good communication skills.

The job responsibilities include the development of new concepts, generation/implementation of a strategic marketing plan, market research interpretation, budgeting, public relations, tenant communication, presentations, event planning/execution, advertising design and media buying.

A background in advertising, marketing, and public relations is required, along with a familiarity with accounting statements/budgets. Excellent computer skills are necessary, including a thorough understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint. A basic knowledge of graphic design software and ability to learn new programs is essential. A bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field and 5+ years experience is required. This high-paced position is based in Rochester, NY and requires some weekends and evenings.
